What is the recording procedure?

The singer experience commences with a short planning session to go over the format, words and structure of each song. About 50 minutes per song is spent recording leaving the final 30-40 minutes to do a basic mix down and burn the track(s) to CD.

What is a basic mix?

In a basic mix down the engineer will start by taking the best pre compressed recorded takes and arranging them on a new master track. Necessary words and phrases will be then shifted and tightened so that they are in time with the backing track. The third process then using auto tune pitch correction, reverb, antares auto tune pitch correction.
